Homosexuality: Is It Hardwired? Can It Be Cured?
Homosexuality is NOT Hardwired! NOT Willed by God!
A team of researchers at Penn State University have discovered an epigenetic link between; 1) alcohol consumption (chronic/addictive); 2) the reward hormone, dopamine (one of the pleasure and addiction hormones; and, 3) Same-Sex Attraction (SSA) among male fruit flies. According to research team leader Kyung An Han, associate professor of biology and neuroscience at Penn State, their peer-reviewed research points to dopamine as the critical mediator of ethanol-induced (also called ethyl alcohol, grain alcohol, drinking alcohol, or simply alcohol) homosexual behavior. Their research indicates the more chronic the consumption of alcohol, the greater the frequency of occurrence of SSA. Ethanol has also been shown to play a significant part in epigenetic plasticity, which more and more studies are linking to a predisposition toward SSA. Among the team’s discoveries is that male fruit flies, which typically court females, began to actively court males when given a daily dose of ethanol.[1]
In addition to the ethanol-induced onset of homosexual behavior of male fruit flies, both male and female fruit flies also experienced dramatic changes to their sexual behavior when exposed to environmental methylmercury. The exposure likely played an important role in the sexual dysfunction by both male and female flies.
All of these studies lead to the conclusion that all forms of same-sex-attraction are primarily related to environmental biochemical reactions that effect sexuality. It is not a result of hard-wired genes within the DNA molecule. It is not the biological computer hardware; it is the biological software (the epigenome) that is promoting these disordered attractions.
One researcher writes:
Courtship is escalated by male wing extensions that vibrate to produce an auditory signal. Data suggests that methylmercury-treated male flies retained some desire for copulation as suggested by wing extensions. However, the wing extension is dramatically reduced in exposed male flies. It is likely the reduction of wing extension is not sufficient to lure female flies for courtship. In the case of a female fly, her role in courtship is to either accept or reject the male [advances] based upon how she perceives his courtship technique. A diet with methylmercury also led to sexual dysfunction in female flies.[2]
Regarding transgenderism in humans, another study’s author wrote:
Scientists have postulated a wide range of adverse human health effects of exposure to endocrine [The endocrine system, comprising the hypothalamus, pituitary, testes, ovaries, thyroid, adrenals, [the heart has also been classified as an endocrine gland[2-A]] and pancreas, is one of the body’s key communications networks. It regulates the function of specific tissues and organs by secreting hormones that act as precise [bio-chemical] messengers. Development and regulation of the reproductive system is one of the major functions of the endocrine system-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), that may be responsible for a variety of abnormalities in human sexuality, gender development and behaviors, reproductive capabilities, and sex ratios….
Some observers are putting forth the proposition that prenatal EDC exposures may affect gender identity — how a person identifies him- or herself, regardless of physical characteristics. This idea presupposes two basic concepts: first, that transgenderism (in which a person experiences “gender dysphoria,” a strong feeling of having been born the wrong sex) is physiological in origin, most likely due to events during prenatal neurological development; second, that intrauterine EDC exposures can and do disrupt prenatal neurological development. …
in the June 2002 edition of EHP Supplements, Bernard Weiss, a professor of environmental medicine and pediatrics at the University of Rochester, reviewed the existing literature on sexually dimorphic nonreproductive behaviors as indicators of endocrine [i.e., hormonal] disruption. Weiss made a strong evidence-based case that “gender-specific regional differentiation of the brain and, ultimately, its expression in behavior are guided by the gonadal hormones,” and that the process is subject to interference by drugs and environmental contaminants [very often triggering epigenetic plasticity - SML]. He points out that sex differences in performance and behavior are not—but should be—a recognized criterion in developmental neurotoxicity testing.[3]
Do we find similar examples of homosexual behaviors related to biochemical changes in other animals? Yes. A male mouse’s desire to mate with either a male or a female is determined by the brain chemical serotonin, scientists report in a new study. The finding demonstrates for the first time that a neurotransmitter (any hormone produced and released by neuroendocrine cells into the blood.) governs sexual preference in mammals.
Examples of amine neurotransmitters are, dopamine (a major hormone involved in addictions ... lusts), norepinephrine (a stress hormone that is also involved in fight-or-flight response, and has a serious effect on the entire body), and serotonin (affects the function of most of our 40 million brain cells, including those associated with mood, sexual desire and function, appetite, sleep, and more). The neurotransmitter serotonin is known to regulate sexual behaviors, such as erection, ejaculation and orgasm, in both mice and men. The compound generally dampens sexual activity; for instance, antidepressants that increase the amount of serotonin in the brain sometimes decrease sex drive.
Janelle Weaver writes:
Unlike typical males, mice deficient in serotonin showed no inclination to mount sexually receptive females more than males. Furthermore, they did not prefer to smell females’ genital odors or bedding. Instead, they climbed onto males and serenaded them with ultrasonic love songs more frequently than normal. Males emit these sounds when encountering females. It causes them to be more receptive to mating.
While all of the males who possessed serotonin mounted females first, nearly half of the mice that lacked serotonin clambered onto males before females, and about 60 percent spent more time sniffing or hovering over the genital odors and bedding from males rather than from females.[4]
Exposure to methylmercury (CH3Hg, sometimes written as MeHg) pollution could be hitting some wild birds’ reproductive prospects hard by causing males to pair with other males. In other words, perfectly healthy white ibis nestlings (birds) became homosexual. What is important to know is the presence of the methyl in methylmercury. It is methyl chemical tags that attach to the DNA or the histones that turn on or off certain genes within the DNA. Put another way, the attachment of these methyl tags is a prime mechanism through which the epigenome reprograms the genes within molecules of DNA.
Can Same-Sex Attraction (SSA) Be Cured?
Agenda/biased scientists are trying desperately to find the “gay gene.” A scientific axiom is this: research follows the money. Unfortunately, those in power are huge proponents of the gay agenda — at the expense of your religious freedoms. Consequently, science is not attempting to find a moral, authentic, compassionate solution for those with SSA. Why? Because there is no funding available to do that type of research. What happened to altruism?
While our DNA and the genes within the DNA molecule can be likened to the hardware of a computer, the epigenome is the body’s software. Theoretically, then, the software can be reprogrammed to function correctly. The key is to harness the capabilities of the energies of light, structured biological water, and soundwaves. It is not a question of if we can fully realize that capability; it is a question of when.
Using the energies of light and sound, coupled with biological water, researchers have already been able to return differentiated cells (e.g., a heart cell, a kidney cell, or a nerve cell) into stem cells (i.e., non-differentiated cells). Then, subsequently, re-differentiate them into newly differentiated cells.
Maria Esperanza was a visionary at a Church-approved apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Betania, Venezuela. Esperanza was a mystic and had the gift of the stigmata. As of this date, her cause for sainthood is under consideration by the Church. What follows is part of a message given to Esperanza by the Lord in 1981 but not made public until 2004. She tells us that when scientists cease to be enemies of God in the future, they will receive new understandings of creation.
According to Michael Brown of SpiritDaily, Jesus told Esperanza the following would occur after world purification and a return to Christ-centered scientific endeavors:
A new type of music [i.e., soundwaves] will be discovered [actually, it has been discovered], which, when combined with light [i.e., electromagnetic radiation], will heal the human body of illness and dysfunction.[5]
Based on my research, I believe those the science capabilities already exist. Research is allowing them to come closer to fulfilling Esperanza’s prophecy. In an article about the Incorruptibles, that science is discussed in detail. However, it has not yet developed sufficiently to cure same-sex attraction. So, instead of trying to get the Church to bless SSA “so-called” marriages (German bishops — are you paying attention), why doesn’t the Church lobby the scientific community to undertake the research necessary to reprogram the epigenetic software of those afflicted with the disordered SSA?
The Sound Waves of Electromagnetic Energy Can Be Recorded
To the non-scientifically minded lay person, the following science may not be particularly interesting. It is included in this writing to demonstrate that current scientific literature suggests the prophecies given to Maria Esperanza are significant and do-able. That a cure for the epigenetically programmed SSA can be achieved — and will be achieved in God's time.
Based on twenty-four blind experiments and coupling those results with other studies, researchers felt comfortable theorizing that biological signaling was transmissible to cells and/or structured biological water by purely electromagnetic (light) means. They have also hypothesized that those signals, when transmitted to target cells in the body, would produce changes to the function of certain target cells; changes corresponding to what would occur if the biochemical source of the signal were actually present in the body.[6]
A series of experiments were designed to test this theory. The first experiment involved a small molecule drug known as PMA (phorbol-myristate-acetate). It affects, among other things, the growth of cells. The research team devised a way to transmit the electromagnetic signal produced by PMA to a tube containing either ultra-pure water or directly to target cells, e.g., human white blood cells. Twenty sets of experiments were performed and at least one set each time was performed at a different laboratory to test the repeatability and reliability of the results.
In every case, the digitally transmitted electromagnetic signal produced the cellular growth that would be expected by PMA’s acting on the human body itself; but it wasn’t the drug that caused the change; It was the transmitted electromagnetic signal produced by the drug’s molecules that caused the growth change. Similar experiments were done in which the electromagnetic signal of the hormone thyroxine (which increases metabolism) was transmitted to water. The same results were obtained as the previously discussed PMA experiments.[7] To summarize the results: The hypothesis was statistically supported.
The water used in the next experiment was ultra-pure water in glass tubes. Scientists captured and digitally recorded the electromagnetic signal produced by actual acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter) and histamine proteins (a protein around which DNA winds). Both of the organic compounds take part in the plasticity of the epigenome. Both would cause a decreased blood flow through the heart.
After digitizing the signal from each protein, they transmitted the recorded signal to different test tubes containing ultra-pure water. Then they sent this ‘treated/exposed’ water through an isolated guinea pig heart; the resultant changes to coronary flow, if any, were noted. The results were amazing. When the digitally exposed water was sent through the heart, the effects it produced on the heart tissue cells and the coronary flow were the same as would have been expected by infusing the protein itself through the heart — but the water contained no additives, no proteins; it was pure water.
In effect, the water memorized the electromagnetic signal sent to it. When the treated water was sent through the guinea pig heart, the heart cells read it and reacted to what was read.[8] Scientists aren’t sure how this happens. One hypothesis is this: photons transmitted to the water caused the positive and negative poles of the water molecules to polarize and become extremely coherent; giving them the ability to transmit the signal to cell receptors in the same manner as a laser.[9]
In a similar experiment, researchers used two proteins which work together to coagulate blood. They sought to gauge the effect of digitally exposed water on the coagulation process. While there are several different proteins involved in the coagulation process of blood, there are two, i.e., thrombin and fibrinogen, which can create clots in water without the presence of any other proteins. Through the addition of a Direct Thrombin Inhibitor (DTI), coagulation can be delayed or blocked entirely. Scientists digitally recorded the electromagnetic signal that emanated from DTI and then added this digitally exposed water to thrombin and fibrinogen.
They monitored the clotting process at specific intervals and compared the results with other experimental “controls”, i.e., plain untreated water, physical DTI, etc. While the water exposed to the digitally reproduced electromagnetic signal of DTI did produce statistically significant changes to the clotting process, it did not have as much of an impact as the physical DTI.
Based on these experiments, researchers concluded there are some biological molecules, such as certain proteins expressed by DNA, that give off EMR that seems to be specific to that particular protein, and which can be recorded and converted into a digital signal. In turn, the digitized signal (isolated from the actual source protein) can be played to water, cells, or whole organs producing the same, or close to the same, biological impact as the original signal emanating from the actual protein itself.[10]
In the above experiments, research seems to indicate electromagnetic radiation (light), the sound produced by that radiation, and structured biological water all participate in the function (and/or the epigenetic changes made to those functions) of the cells within the human body. It is essential to understand the significance of these examples. If science can reprogram cell function, it does so by rewriting our biological software (epigenome), thus changing the function of our DNA hardware. On a mystical note, there is some evidence that the above–mentioned technology for reversing SSA is possible via further advances in the science of the type discussed above by Ventura and H. Kronman et al.
According to Drs. Carlo Ventura and Rollin McCraty, organic chemistry is an integral part of the epigenetic phenomenon. So, too, are various forms of physical energy, such as light, magnetic fields, and sound vibrations. The epigenetic mechanism is controlled by a complex interaction between cell signaling, environment, and a non–stop remodeling of (what used to be thought of as junk) DNA into a seemingly endless array of loops and domains. In experiments performed by Dr. Ventura and his team, they were able to change cell chemistry and reprogram stem cells to become beating cardiac cells. They accomplished this using extremely low–frequency magnetic fields (magnetic waves run perpendicular to electron waves as part of electromagnetic energy).[11][12]
Will Woke/Agenda Scientists Attempt a Cure? Don’t Hold Your Breath!
If science were to spend just half of the resources and efforts expended to finding an effective treatment for AIDS, we would most likely already have a cure for the heritability of SSA predispositions. Is it reasonable to expect a search for the cure will begin? The English idiom, a snowball’s chance in HELL, would be a realistic answer. Why? Answer: The ascendancy of Atheistic Marxist Communism, into which the post-1950 Democrat Party has gradually and virtually wholly morphed.
Here is a recent example: Of the three founders of Black Lives Matters (i.e., Opal Tometi, Patrisse Cullors, and Alicia Garza), the latter two are long-time avowed and active community-organizing Marxists.
Black Lives Matter’s financial controversies has the organization back in the news, and has renewed interest in Marxism in general, particularly its attacks on the family. …[Among the 13 Guiding Principles of Black Lives Matters we see a call for the “disruption” of the nuclear family — they removed that wording once they realized they had been caught]. Karl Marx said as much In the Communist Manifesto of 1848, in which he called for the abolition of the family. …Marx said that communism would ensure that children would be educated by the state and not by their parents. Communists, he wrote in the Manifesto, would “rescue education from the influence of the ruling class.” The making of the “New Man” was the priority, and the family was an obstacle.
As soon as they won their first victory, in Russia in 1917, the communists now in power put into practice these policies. Alexandra Kollontai, the Soviet’s first People’s Commissar for Welfare, put it succinctly when she wrote, “The old family, narrow and petty, where the parents quarrel and are only interested in their own offspring, is not capable of educating the ‘new person’.”[12A]
Pope John Paul II tasked Cardinal Carlo Caffara to plan and establish the Pontifical Institute for the Studies on Marriage and the Family. He wrote to Sr. Lucia, one of the three children who received apparitions from Mary, the Mother of God. Caffara wrote to ask for her prayers for the success of this endeavor. She responded with a six-page letter, telling the Cardinal:
The final battle between the Lord and the reign of Satan will be about marriage and the family [emphasis mine].
Don’t be afraid, [she added], because anyone who works for the sanctity of marriage and the family will always be fought and opposed in every way, because this is the decisive issue [my emphasis].[12B]
The Satan-grown and nourished tentacles of intentional/artificial/inherent sterility have spread their evil poison to every aspect of family, Matrimonial (sacramental), and societal life. Only using the ostrich approach to recognizing and gauging the world’s current immorality could lead to a lack of alarm.
John-Henry Westen writes:
In 1947, Professor Walsh authored a book about Fatima, titled Our Lady of Fatima, at the end of which he recounts an interview he conducted with Sister Lucia of Fatima the year before.
One of the messages of Fatima received by the children in 1917 pertains to the then-impending Bolshevik Revolution in Russia.
“What Our Lady wants is that the Pope and all the bishops in the world shall consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart on one special day. If this is done, she will convert Russia and there will be peace. If it is not done, the errors of Russia will spread through every country in the world,” Lucia told Walsh.[12C]
That consecration did not occur until very late — too late. While JP II’s consecration did stop a nuclear war, the errors foretold by Mary did infect the whole world. Given that Marxist/Socialist/Communists adherents and sympathizers now govern the U.S., I’m confident that Sr. Lucia’s prognostication was correct.
“Does this mean,” Walsh then asked, “in your opinion, that every country, without exception, will be overcome by Communism?” And Sister Lucia answered: “Yes.”
The interpreter during the interview, allowing Walsh to converse with Sr. Lucia in her native Portuguese, was Father Manuel Rocha, who later revealed that Walsh had asked explicitly about the United States of America, adding: “And does that mean the United States of America, too?” Whereupon Sister Lucia responded once more: “Yes.”[12D]
